Job requirements:

1. High school or technical or above, with priority given to numerical control majors;

2. More than one year of work experience in the same position, familiar with FANUC system;

3. Proficient in using external micrometers, depth micrometers, and vernier calipers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform precision milling of the mold cavity according to the program sheet and inspect all key dimensions; Processing of components such as bottom cores and inserts, reasonable clamping, and appropriate modification of processing parameters for processing and self inspection; Grinding of commonly used cutting tools;

2. Check the equipment daily, pay attention to the oil, water, gas, etc. of the machine tool, and regularly maintain the equipment. 6S work around the machine tool.
